1. Overcharging: When the voltage exceeds 4.2V, the electrolyte decomposes, producing a large amount of gas, causing the battery pressure to increase, lithium precipitation on the surface of the overcharged negative electrode, and the battery explodes.
2. High temperature environment: Lithium batteries will expand and the electrolyte will decompose when used in high temperature environments.
3. Protection system malfunction external circuit short circuit: When the user is using it, the external circuit short circuit causes the battery to explode.
4. Protection circuit malfunction or missing. The function of the protective circuit is to prevent damage to the battery caused by overcharging, over discharging, and excessive current. When the battery is overcharged, a large current and high temperature will form inside the battery. In severe cases, the battery may leak and gas may form and accumulate inside the battery, leading to battery explosion or combustion.
