18650 lithium-ion batteries are summarized as follows:
1. The working standard voltage of a single rechargeable battery is much higher than that of nickel hydrogen rechargeable batteries and cadmium nickel rechargeable batteries. The density of capacitors is high, and their relative density is twice or a large amount higher than that of nickel hydrogen rechargeable batteries or nickel cadmium batteries. Its lithium battery life is not long, and its wear and tear is not significant after being stored for a long time.
2. Long lifespan, with a normal usage cycle of over 500 cycles and no memory retention. The battery does not need to drain its remaining power before charging, making it convenient to use. Convergent lithium batteries have a good safety factor and are constructed using plastic steel plastic flexible packaging. Unlike liquid lithium batteries with plastic shells, liquid lithium batteries are very prone to explosion in case of safety risks. Convergent lithium batteries only have air bubbles at most.
3. Small thickness, can be made thinner, slim, and rechargeable batteries can be stored in overdraft cards. The general method for liquid lithium batteries is to first customize the casing, and then insert the positive electrode material into it. The thickness ensures that there are technical shortcomings, and polymer cells will not have this problem. The thickness can be guaranteed to be below millimeters, which meets the requirements of current mobile phones.
4. Rechargeable batteries using polymer lithium battery electrolytes with relatively light net weight do not require plastic casings for external maintenance. Compared with aluminum shell lithium batteries of the same volume specification, polymer lithium batteries are 40% lighter in weight and 20% lighter than aluminum shell rechargeable batteries.
5. Large capacity polymer lithium batteries have 10-15% higher battery capacity than aluminum shell batteries of the same specifications and 5-10% higher battery capacity than aluminum shell rechargeable batteries. 6. The internal resistance of polymer battery cells is smaller than that of ordinary liquid

At present, the internal resistance of polymer battery cells in China has even reached below 35 meters, greatly reducing the self consumption of rechargeable batteries and increasing the battery life on mobile phones. It can fully integrate with international standards. Polymer lithium batteries, suitable for high current charging and discharging, are an ideal choice for remote operation and the most likely replacement for nickel hydrogen rechargeable batteries.
7. The appearance design can be customized, and manufacturers do not need to be limited to standardized appearance design. They can also economically produce suitable specifications. We can improve or increase the thickness of the core board based on customer satisfaction, develop and design new types of core boards with high quality and low price, short molding cycle time, and some can even be customized according to the appearance design of the mobile phone to fully utilize the indoor space of the rechargeable battery case and improve battery power.
8. 18650 lithium batteries with good charging and discharging characteristics use colloidal electrolyte solutions. Compared with liquid electrolyte solutions, colloidal electrolyte solutions have unstable charging and discharging characteristics and higher charging and discharging service platforms. The design scheme of the maintenance board is complicated. Due to the use of high polymer raw materials, the lithium battery cells do not ignite or explode, and the lithium battery cells themselves are very safe. Therefore, the design scheme of the maintenance line can eliminate PTC and PTC fuse, thereby saving the cost of rechargeable batteries.
