Traditional forklifts use power fuel or electric vehicles, and the pollution caused by fuel is obvious and goes without saying. As for electric vehicles, everyone definitely thinks of lead-acid batteries. Some people may say that batteries do not pollute much, but in fact, this is a lack of comparison. Forklift lithium batteries are the object of comparison for batteries. And in the future forklift market, the proportion of electric forklifts will definitely increase, so lithium batteries for forklifts will also be the main power source for electric forklifts.

In addition, while experiencing the various environmental advantages of electric forklifts, many users have gradually discovered some limitations of batteries. For example, during charging, flammable gases are produced and have a stimulating odor; The battery life is often relatively short, making it difficult to meet user expectations, and as the number of charges increases, the battery life will rapidly decline. The charging time of lead-acid batteries is longer than the usage time of charged batteries, which means that they run out of battery after working for one and a half hours of charging (for example), and this energy efficiency ratio is too low. Lithium batteries decay slowly and have a charging life of 3500-4000 cycles. When reaching 4000 charging cycles, the discharge rate can still reach 80%.

The charging efficiency of lithium batteries is 95%, while that of lead-acid batteries is 75%, which means that lithium batteries with the same capacity have higher charging efficiency. For customers using * * batteries, the cost savings are a significant cost reduction.

It's not that forklift lithium batteries have no drawbacks. As a new energy battery, although lithium batteries have unique technological advantages that batteries do not have, on the other hand, they also have a price disadvantage. Lithium batteries with the same capacity are usually sold at 2-5 times the price of the battery. Combining the advantages and disadvantages of lithium batteries, the use of lithium batteries is particularly suitable for the working conditions of customers with high battery consumption. Each electric forklift is equipped with 2-3 sets of batteries, and customers need personnel who frequently replace batteries, such as in the logistics industry. For customers who do not allow the use of flammable gases and irritating odors, such as the food and beverage industry, pharmaceutical and chemical industries, there are strict requirements for the charging environment. For customers who finely manage the overall operating costs, please consider that the cost of power-saving is sufficient to offset the cost of the lithium battery body.
