The basic principle of 18650 lithium battery formation is actually the activation effect of the lithium battery and the pre production of gas, which can remove the water and impurities inside the battery, form an SEI film inside the polymer lithium battery, stabilize the overall performance of the lithium battery, and activate the ion channels of the active material on the electrode.
1. When clamping polymer lithium battery cells, it is necessary to ensure that the positive and negative polarities correspond correctly and have good contact;
2. Registration: Fill in the "Polymer Lithium Battery Formation Process Form" and "Polymer Lithium Battery Formation Monitoring Record Form";
3. When placing polymer lithium battery cells under the cabinet, the clip must be opened to remove the polymer lithium battery cells, and it is strictly prohibited to pull the battery directly with hands;
4. During the formation of polymer lithium batteries, attention should be paid to the bubbling condition of the battery and whether there is any leakage phenomenon;
5. When polymer lithium batteries are converted into cabinets, the battery airbag must be exposed and the lithium battery body is not allowed to press the airbag.
Before scanning the polymer lithium battery cells and placing them in the cabinet, 4PCS of cells need to be extracted from each cabinet and checked in the system to see if the scanning was successful. Scan in order, and the order of aging boards 1-16 should be consistent with the order of 1-16 on the Barcode software. Starting from the right, from top to bottom, and then from bottom to top on the left, the system automatically jumps.
