2) Square batteries (square wound type) were mostly made of steel shells in the early days, but now they are mostly made of aluminum shells. Good heat dissipation, easy grouping design, good reliability, high safety, including explosion-proof valve, high hardness; One of the mainstream technological routes is high cost, multiple models, and difficulty in unifying the level of craftsmanship.


3) Soft pack battery (square stacked type), with aluminum-plastic film as the outer packaging, has flexible size changes, high specific energy, light weight, and relatively low internal resistance; The mechanical strength is relatively poor, the sealing process is difficult, the grouping structure is complex, the heat dissipation design is difficult, there is no explosion-proof device, it is easy to leak liquid, the consistency is poor, and the cost is high.
