When the service life reaches the life cycle specified in the battery manual, attention should be paid to checking the performance of the battery. Generally speaking, it is impossible to replace the battery until it is completely unusable. However, before reaching the designed service life, a new battery must be replaced to fully ensure the safety of the power supply system and the normal operation of the vehicle. 1. Before installation, the appearance of the battery should be checked for damage or leakage, and the surface of the battery should be cleaned with a dry cloth. If the battery casing is found to be broken or leaking, the battery should be replaced immediately to avoid acid corrosion.

2. The battery should be installed upright and not upside down. It should also be shockproof, pressure resistant, and firmly installed. During use, it should not be bumped or rubbed against each other, and water should not enter.

3. To ensure safe use, the battery box where the battery is installed must have ventilation holes that are not blocked to prevent the gas generated by the battery from accumulating inside the battery box.

4. When an electric vehicle is running, do not charge it again after the battery has run out of charge. If the battery has run out of charge, turn off the power and do not use the battery to "boost voltage" to force driving, in order to prevent shortening the battery life due to "over discharge".

5. If electric vehicles are not used for a long time, they need to be fully charged before being stored. It is strictly prohibited to store them for a long time in a low power state.

6. If the continuous charging time of the battery exceeds 10 hours and the charger still does not switch to the light, and the battery burns, charging should be immediately prohibited. It is strictly prohibited to continue charging without the charger switching to the light.

7. Different models, brands, and old and new batteries cannot be mixed;

8. Batteries should not be placed near sources of fire or heat, and direct exposure to sunlight is strictly prohibited. Severe vibrations, collisions, and short circuits between the positive and negative poles of the battery should be avoided.

9. The electrolyte inside the battery is a highly corrosive acid. Do not splash it onto the skin or clothing. If it splashes onto the skin, rinse your eyes immediately with plenty of water. In severe cases, seek medical treatment.
