The charged powder particles are applied to the grounded aluminum shell of a power lithium battery by air flow (or centrifugal force, etc.) and electrostatic attraction, and then heated and melted to form a film. However, existing frosted materials must overcome the unevenness of surface sand particles and the shortcomings of visible patterns.

5. Treatment methods for surface damage of aluminum shells in power lithium batteries
1. When the fork bar was transferring the profile from the discharge track to the swing bed, the profile was damaged due to excessive speed.
2. There are exposed metal or graphite bars with hard inclusions on the discharge track or bed, which can cause scratches on the surface of the profile when in contact with it.
3. Strengthen the control of ingot quality.
4. Use soft felt to isolate the profile from the auxiliary equipment, minimizing contact damage between the profile and the auxiliary equipment.
5. During production, handle with care and try to prevent dragging or flipping the profile as much as possible.
6. There are debris on the mold cavity or working belt, and the hardness of the mold working belt is low, which can cause damage to the surface of the working belt during compression and scratch the profile.
7. Improve the quality of mold repair, regularly nitride the mold and strictly implement the nitriding process.

Some battery surface treatment processes are relatively complex in the manufacturing process, while others are very simple.
