What are the precautions for using
AGV lithium battery packs?
AGV unmanned transport vehicles can be widely used in fields such as electronics, manufacturing, heavy industry, optoelectronics, etc. They have good environmental adaptability, strong anti-interference ability, and target recognition ability, and are widely used in various industries. So what should we pay attention to when operating and using AGV lithium battery packs?
1. Before starting the AGV car, please pay attention to whether the car is in the middle of the guide wire. If the position is incorrect, please turn off the power of the car and push it to the middle of the guide wire before starting the car. The car is divided into front and rear, with the LCD screen installed at the front and the other side at the rear. When starting the car, it must ensure that both the front and rear are online, that is, the guide wire is in the middle of the front and rear, with a left and right deviation of plus or minus 10CM. After starting the car, it will automatically adjust the front and rear to ensure they are in the optimal position.
2. Before starting the AGV power lithium battery, please check if the red emergency stop button on the top of the car is pressed. If in a tight stop state, please rotate the tight stop button to pop it out.
3. Rotate the key on the roof of the car to start the power supply. If you hear a short beep and a blue welcome screen appears on the LCD screen, it indicates that the car has started successfully. If you hear a long beep, it indicates that the car is not starting properly. Please turn the key back to its original position, turn off the car power, and wait for 5 seconds to restart the car until it is successfully started. If the startup is unsuccessful for more than 3 consecutive times, please charge the car as soon as possible.
4. After the AGV
lithium battery pack car starts normally, the two yellow parking lights briefly light up for 3 seconds and then turn off. A blue welcome interface appears on the LCD screen, and the car enters the internal system self check process. After a brief self check, the car enters normal operation mode and waits for the operator to proceed with the next operation.
5. The internal industrial lithium battery of the AGV car can support continuous operation for 6 hours. If there are frequent failures in reading address cards or starting the car from a stopped state during normal operation, please charge the car as soon as possible and ensure a charging time of 8 hours.
