Quality characteristics of 18650 lithium-ion battery pack process.

1. Using high-quality lithium-ion batteries, qualified and stable suppliers are required to supply high-performance individual batteries. Individual batteries undergo a series of safety and performance tests before being used.

2. Require low internal resistance and good consistency of the battery, whether it is a 14.8V lithium-ion battery pack or other energy storage battery packs, to ensure low internal resistance, high current discharge capacity, platform, heat dissipation, etc.

3. The battery structure adopts a ventilation design, with a minimum spacing of 2mm between adjacent batteries. This structure requires the use of plastic brackets to fix the batteries.

4. PACK battery factory uses slotted nickel sheets for spot welding, with a size that meets the requirements of high current discharge. The nickel sheet material ensures low internal resistance, the spot welding machine ensures stable operation, and the welding needle ensures quality. The operator is trained, assessed, and qualified before starting work. After spot welding, the welding points are checked for firmness. Conduct vibration tests on each batch of products to verify their anti vibration performance.

5. Different batches of batteries are made into typical finished products and subjected to life tests. When summarizing the relevant experience of lithium-ion battery PACK design specifications, the actual cycle life of battery products is obtained by conducting cycle tests

6. Verify the high and low temperature performance of the battery. The battery cells from different PACK lithium-ion battery manufacturers are made into finished products and subjected to different rate discharge tests at high and low temperatures to obtain actual discharge curves.
