1. On site screwing personnel must have a clear understanding of the severity of the hidden dangers of screws falling into the equipment (such as screws or metal materials falling into contact with components inside the equipment, which can cause damage or failure of internal components, and similar puncture and puncture phenomena when in contact with batteries). If screws or metal materials fall into the equipment, they must be promptly cleaned and identified.

2. If there is disassembly and reassembly between the battery and the product during equipment assembly, there will be a certain proportion of defects. When disassembling the battery, metal objects or sharp objects must not be used to assist in disassembly. It is necessary to ensure that the battery cannot be damaged. If there is any loss, it must be picked out and put out of use to prevent the damaged battery from being reused. (Battery damage can cause damage or short circuiting of the core inside the battery. If the device is used again during charging, it can cause safety hazards such as battery fire and combustion.).

3. The outer shell of the soft pack polymer lithium battery is a layer of aluminum-plastic film with a thickness of 113UM, which is more easily damaged than aluminum shells or cylindrical shells. Therefore, battery protection must be taken into account during production. (To prevent falls, collisions, punctures, and other injuries, avoid contact with sharp objects.) During production, pay attention to keeping the workbench clean and tidy without sharp objects.

4. Assembly workers must cut off their nails or wear gloves to prevent injury to the battery.

5. Is there any sharp plastic burrs on the surface of the rubber shell? If so, please have the rubber shell factory clean it up.

6. When connecting and unplugging the male and female sockets of the plug, attention should be paid to making them on the same horizontal plane, and the force should not be too strong to avoid deformation of the male/female socket terminals of the plug due to external forces.
