How to conduct daily inspection and maintenance of lithium batteries?

1. Regularly inspect the NP battery, and replace it if there are any abnormal performance, damage such as cracking or deformation of the battery case and lid, or leakage. When inspecting NP batteries, if dust or other external contaminants are found, please clean them with a cloth soaked in water or warm water. Do not use organic solvents or oils such as gasoline or banana oil for cleaning. Also, please avoid using synthetic fabric sheets.

2. When floating charging, if the total voltage or the indicated value of the voltmeter on the indicator panel deviates from the reference value shown in the table during the charging process of the NP battery, or if the terminal voltage deviates from the reference value during the charging process of a single battery, the cause should be investigated and dealt with.

Method: The total voltage displayed on the charger's voltmeter
Benchmark: 2.275V (25 ℃ per cell) * Number of cells * Number of cells
Disposal: If there are differences, correct them to the baseline value

3. For emergency power supply equipment used as firefighting equipment, please inspect according to the "Inspection Standards for Emergency Power Supply (Battery Equipment) for Firefighting Equipment" or "Inspection Guidelines".
