1、 The so-called "brand new B-grade battery cells" can be defined as the following two types:

1. One type is due to excessive mass production of battery cells, coupled with storage and sales cycle limitations, resulting in a large inventory backlog of products. Due to the lack of charging and discharging processes for a long time, the electrical performance is greatly reduced compared to new products. However, considering the difficulty of cost and recycling processing, as well as the demand of the B-product battery cell market, battery cell factories will define this type of battery cell as B-product battery cell and sell it at the price of B-product battery cell. Since battery cells are not assembled into finished products, there is an inherent concept of brand new B-product battery cells.

2. The second type is due to the need for unified parameter matching of battery cells for different customer needs in the mass production process. For example, if N battery cells are combined, they need to be matched with unified voltage, capacity, and internal resistance. For battery cells that cannot be matched or exceed the range of these parameters, they cannot be sent to customers through normal channels. However, considering the difficulty of cost and recycling, as well as the demand of the B-product battery cell market, battery cell manufacturers will also define such battery cells as B-product battery cells and sell them at the price of B-product battery cells. Since battery cells are not assembled into finished products, there is a new concept of B-product battery cells.

Note: The quantity of the second type of brand new B-grade battery cells mentioned above is relatively larger than that of the first type. However, in terms of quality and safety, it cannot be guaranteed, especially for the assembled finished batteries. As we all know, the combination of batteries requires strict pairing of the battery cells. Without a strict pairing, during regular use, some cells will inevitably be protected in advance, which will prevent the entire finished battery from working efficiently. Improper use can also lead to safety accidents such as explosions, fires, and burning. However, due to the flexible supply period and price of such battery cells, they are widely welcomed by small PACK battery factories and counterfeit battery factories, mainly targeting low-end customers and the market. In principle, battery cell companies will not provide safety and quality assurance for such cells. Therefore, especially for high-end customers and products, choosing good battery cells and a legitimate battery cell supply platform is crucial!

2、 The so-called "dismantling battery cells" mainly refers to some domestic battery factories considering the issue of price, mainly recycling finished batteries from abroad, dismantling and recycling internal battery cells to form finished batteries. This type of battery cell is defined as a disassembled battery cell. In terms of appearance, the positive and negative electrode caps have been spot welded, and the appearance is not brand new. However, when combined into a finished battery, users generally cannot distinguish it. However, in terms of electrical performance, this type of battery cell has been used many times, so its cycle life is relatively much lower than that of the battery cell. Users cannot distinguish it in the early stage of use, and later they are complained by customers that the battery has been used for too short a time, resulting in claims.

Note: As this type of battery cell has been used before, its quality and safety cannot be guaranteed. As the battery cell has been used for a long time, its cycle life cannot be guaranteed. After dismantling, there is also a requirement for pairing when assembling. Without a strict pairing, some battery cells may be protected in advance during regular use, making it impossible to keep the entire finished battery in an efficient working state. Improper use can also lead to safety accidents such as explosions, fires, and burning; Cell companies will not provide safety and quality assurance for such cells.
