Compared with the price of polymer lithium batteries, counterfeit factories in the mid to low end range are priced at 4 RMB/Ah, mid-range range ranges from 5 to 7 RMB/Ah, and mid to high end range is above 7 RMB/Ah. Like ATL and Lishen, they can usually sell for around 10 RMB/Ah, and if your order becomes smaller, others are unwilling to accept it.

3. Polymer lithium batteries are safer, while 18650 lithium batteries are risky.

We know that in peak conditions (such as charging, overheating, etc.), lithium batteries will undergo strong chemical changes inside, causing a lot of vapor. Rechargeable batteries use plastic shells with certain compressive strength. When the internal standard air pressure reaches a certain value, the aluminum shell will crack and explode, causing extremely terrible safety production accidents. For this reason, rooms that test 18650 rechargeable batteries are generally required to undergo hierarchical maintenance, and no one is allowed to enter during the testing process. This problem does not exist, even at the vertex. Due to the low compressive strength of the packaging film, if the standard air pressure is slightly higher, it will crack and not easily explode. The worst case scenario is ignition. Therefore, in terms of safety, polymer lithium batteries are better than 18650 rechargeable batteries.
