How to assemble a 12V lithium-ion battery pack? What are the production processes? Below, the editor will briefly explain the important process flow of our lithium-ion batteries.
1. Lithium ion battery cell capacity division
To ensure sufficient battery capacity, the imported Sanyo lithium-ion batteries we use require secondary capacity division using a lithium-ion battery cell capacity divider cabinet.
2. Battery assembly
Pairing the internal resistance and voltage of the battery cells to ensure consistent internal resistance and voltage of all cells in the 12v electric fish lithium-ion battery pack, achieving safer and higher quality products.
3. Bracket combination
In order to ensure better and more reliable heat dissipation of the lithium-ion battery pack, the 12v lithium-ion battery pack adopts the safest bracket combination.
4. Battery spot welding
Using pure nickel spot welding to ensure that the internal resistance of the lithium-ion battery pack is sufficiently small, overcurrent is high, and no heat is generated.
5. Battery protection board
When wiring the battery, it is insulated with barley paper for protection. We use imported
lithium-ion battery protection boards with better safety protection capabilities, including overcharge protection, overdischarge protection, overcurrent protection, short circuit protection, overload protection, and balance protection. There is no memory effect and it can be charged and discharged at any time, making it more convenient to use.
