Generally speaking, there are three methods:
Roughly confirm the battery model based on the mileage traveled during the new car's journey
1. About 30 kilometers, estimated to be a 36V12A battery.
2. About 40 kilometers, estimated to be a 48V12A battery.
3. About 60-80 kilometers, if the battery is under the seat or under the feet and the battery box is one, it is estimated to be a 48V20A battery. If the battery box is underfoot and assembled from two rectangular boxes, it is estimated to be a 48V28A battery.
2、 You can identify the battery model through the charger by looking at the output current of the charger. By comparing the following parameters, you can know what type of battery it is
Tip, check the charger for: output voltage * * VDC
36V is: output voltage 36V-42VDC
If the output current is 1.5A, then it is 10AH. If the output current is 1.6A, then it is 12AH
The output voltage of 48V is 48V-59VDC
If the output current is 1.7A, it is 48V10AH. If the output current is 1.8A, it is 48V12AH
If the output current is 2.0A, it is 48V14AH. If the output current is 2.3A, it is 48V17AH
If the output current is 2.5A, it is 48V20AH
Because some of the faulty chargers do not indicate these parameters at all or cannot be seen clearly, the third method needs to be used.
