The improper working environment of lithium batteries directly affects the length of their lifespan: the charging temperature of lithium batteries is 0 ℃~45 ℃, and the discharge temperature of lithium batteries is -20 ℃~60 ℃; During the charging and discharging process of lithium batteries, it is important to avoid overcharging or discharging them; Both over discharge and over charge have a certain impact on the quality of lithium batteries themselves. Of course, incorrect operating methods during the operation of lithium batteries, such as short circuits, are also the reasons for the decrease in the service life of lithium batteries; For the charging of lithium batteries, we should use a legitimate matching lithium battery charger to charge the battery. To reduce the impact of 18650 lithium batteries and other lithium batteries on the universal charger, the voltage and current of the battery itself have not reached a constant value. Especially for newly charged lithium batteries, they should be left for half an hour to stabilize their charging performance before use, otherwise it will affect the battery performance.
When the digital product matched with the lithium battery does not work, the lithium battery should be removed from the equipment and instrument products; For lithium batteries stored for a long time, they need to be charged to 97%~98% saturation, and should be charged and discharged once every 3-6 months during storage; The storage temperature of lithium batteries should be controlled within a space of 10 °~25 °; Do not tap, puncture, step on, modify, or expose the battery to sunlight. Do not place the battery in microwave, high-voltage, or other environments. The above precautions for using lithium batteries can often effectively prolong their lifespan. If lithium batteries are not used in a standardized manner, they will cause significant damage and it will be difficult to ensure that their service life reaches the theoretical value.
These three major reasons directly affect the service life of lithium batteries, such as 18650 lithium batteries and customized lithium batteries; When the usage time of lithium batteries reaches the service life value, attention must be paid to following the precautions provided by experts to complete the use of lithium batteries.
