The advantages of polymer lithium-ion batteries.


1. The working requirements for individual rechargeable batteries are much higher than those for nickel hydrogen rechargeable batteries and cadmium nickel rechargeable batteries. The density of power capacitors is high, and their density is twice or more than that of nickel hydrogen rechargeable batteries or cadmium nickel rechargeable batteries. The battery itself has a small charging capacity, a long storage time, and relatively low loss. Its normal service life is long, and the cycle of use can exceed 500 times.

The structural features of polymer lithium batteries with good safety performance are packaged in plastic steel profiles with color printing bags. Unlike liquid lithium battery cells with plastic casings, liquid lithium battery cells are prone to explosion accidents in case of safety hazards, while polymer battery cells only have air bubbles at most. A thin layer can be made even thinner and can also hold rechargeable batteries in credit cards. The general method for liquid lithium batteries is to first customize the cap, and then insert the positive electrode material of the rechargeable battery. The thickness ensures that there are professional weak points, and polymer cells are not prone to this problem. The thickness can ensure that the thickness is below mm, which is in line with the current regulations for mobile phones.


3. Rechargeable batteries using lightweight polymer lithium battery electrolytes do not require a plastic casing as a maintenance shell. Compared with aluminum shell lithium batteries of the same capacity model specifications, polymer lithium batteries have a net weight that is 40% lighter and 20% lighter than aluminum shell rechargeable batteries. Compared with aluminum shell rechargeable batteries of similar models and specifications, high polymer lithium batteries with larger capacity are 10-15% higher than aluminum shell rechargeable batteries of the same model and specifications, and 5-10% higher than aluminum shell rechargeable batteries. They have become the preferred choice for color screen phones and mobile multimedia phones. Currently, many color screen phones released in the market also use polymer batteries.


4. The internal resistance of polymer battery cells is smaller than that of ordinary liquid lithium battery cells. Currently, the internal resistance of polymer battery cells in China is even below 35 meters, greatly reducing the self consumption of rechargeable batteries and improving the battery life of mobile phones. It can be fully connected globally. Polymer lithium batteries, which can be charged with high total current batteries, are a rational choice for remote control methods and are also the most likely product to replace nickel hydrogen rechargeable batteries.


5. Manufacturers can produce products of different specifications and models according to consumer requirements, without being limited to standard sizes. We can improve or reduce the thickness of lithium battery cells based on customer satisfaction, design and develop new types of lithium battery cells that are cost-effective and have a short demolding cycle. Some can even be customized according to the appearance of mobile phones to proficiently master the indoor space design of rechargeable battery casings and improve battery capacity.


6. The high polymer lithium battery has excellent charging characteristics. Compared with the acidity and alkalinity of liquid solutions, the acidity and alkalinity of colloidal solution solutions have good charging characteristics, and the comprehensive service platform for battery charging is high. Due to the use of polymer raw materials, lithium battery cells are less prone to fire and explosion accidents, and the lithium battery cells themselves have sufficient safety performance. Therefore, the maintenance line design of polymer lithium batteries can be simplified by eliminating PTC and PTC fuse tubes.
