1. Process
The parameter settings of the 18650 cylindrical battery pack are set by the touch screen, and the labeling machine is automatically completed by the PLC with the following functions: manual light packaging battery - motor+cylinder point material - chain car battery calibration+servo label - wrinkle surface pad recheck, spin in material+tunnel furnace thermal shrinkage - cylinder first rotation material - loaded operation ->second cylinder material (complete battery slot) - discharge chute; Sound and light alarm equipment. Operating parameters can be set according to the actual requirements of customers.

2. Function description
The cylindrical battery cover marking machine is an automated equipment used for stamping and releasing cylindrical battery covers, insulation gaskets, and heat shrink marking covers. This device can package 4000 standard batteries per hour, with a simple and elegant structural design and stable functionality. The most cost-effective complete set of standard equipment currently available in the market.

3. Marking machine structure
1) The equipment has a compact and reasonable structure, beautiful appearance, and small footprint.
2) The equipment is easy to operate and does not require professional training.
3) The equipment is controlled by PLC and is used for battery feeding, setting standards, punching and folding pads, heat shrink insulation standard leather materials. It is easy to operate and learn, with high work efficiency, saving labor costs, and good product performance.
4) The equipment data adopts high-quality thick cold-rolled sheet and aluminum profile frame.
5) The device is equipped with universal mobile wheels, making it easy to move.

Precautions for using sorting equipment
1. When starting up, check whether the various action actuators of the equipment are in their initial positions, confirm that there are no other debris on the equipment, flip the air source, confirm that the air source pressure is 0.5-0.6mpa, and then run the power control program:

3. When repairing, maintaining, or servicing equipment, the power and gas sources should be turned off
4. When placing the batteries to be packaged into the charging case, try to ensure that the positive and negative directions of all batteries are consistent. When the batteries in the charging case are about to be fully charged, remove them in a timely manner
5. When the machine is running, do not place your hands on the battery sorting track to avoid injuring your fingers:

When the device runs abnormally or stops for no reason, the emergency stop button should be pressed first, and then the abnormality of the device should be checked. After cleaning the problem, the emergency stop button should be released to return the robotic arm to its original position, pause the system, and then press the green button to restore active operation of the system,

If the system is not working, you can press the system reset button to restore normal operation.

When a certain battery is sorted and there is no material alarm, press and hold the green button for 3 seconds to start and make the material empty. After 30 seconds, the system can actively enter terminal mode and classify the remaining materials into the material bin.

Before each operation of the equipment, the sorting machine battery should be emptied, the system reset button should be pressed to enter the initial state of the equipment, and then the operation button should be pressed:

9. Ensure that the positive and negative terminals of the battery to be sorted are clean, while preventing dust and other debris from contaminating the detection probe to ensure the accuracy of measurement data:
To ensure measurement accuracy, it is recommended to clean the probe with alcohol every 4 hours under normal production conditions and replace the probe once a month

To ensure high-precision measurement of the instrument, please reset and calibrate it regularly.
