Precautions for charging lithium batteries in golf carts.

(1) Please use the intelligent charger equipped on the electric sightseeing bus to charge the battery and ensure its lifespan.

(2) When charging, the key switch must be in the off state.

(3) Avoid overcharging the battery, as overcharging can cause electrolyte solution to be discharged from the battery, which can damage the storage capacity of the vehicle and battery.

(4) Do not block or obstruct the air passage of the heat dissipation hole. Excessive temperature will seriously damage the charger and may cause a fire. If using the charger outdoors, be careful of sun and rain exposure.

(5) The charger generates a certain amount of heat during operation. When using it, the electric tour bus charger must be placed slightly above the ground so that air can flow under and around the charger to remove heat.

(6) When charging, first confirm whether the AC power supply matches the input power indicated by the charger. After confirmation, connect the input end of the charger to an AC socket with rated voltage, and connect the output end to the charging socket of the vehicle. The connection should be reliable. The green indicator light of the charger flashing indicates that it is charging, and the green indicator light staying on indicates that it is fully charged. The charger provided with the electric sightseeing car will automatically cut off the power after charging to prevent overcharging. However, it is absolutely not advisable to be in a charging state for a long time. The battery also experiences power loss when it is stationary, which can cause repeated charging and damage to the charger or battery. Reliable insertion is required. The green indicator light of the charger flashes to indicate charging, and the green indicator light stays on to indicate charging is complete.
