From its operational efficiency, it can be seen that ordinary
AGV lithium batteries can operate continuously 24 hours a day, while lithium batteries that need to be replaced do not have such efficiency, and the daily working hours will become shorter and shorter over time. Then, based on the starting time of the AGV, it can be determined that the small car driven by the AGV lithium battery requires a larger starter power during starting. Due to the poor charging and discharging ability of the lithium battery that needs to be replaced, it will result in less air force during starting and some difficulty in starting. When this situation occurs, the AGV lithium battery needs to be replaced. Another method is also a relatively simple one. Some AGV cars have a display screen or dashboard, and when the lithium battery has a fault light, it needs to be replaced.
