This new line achieves complete automation across the entire manufacturing process, including cell sorting, module assembly, laser welding, and final inspection.

The implementation of an MES ensures real-time monitoring, recording, and traceability of all processes, from raw materials to finished products. Which guarantees that each step adheres to strict quality standards.

This automatic PACK production line supports the manufacturing of a wide range of cell module specifications and models. With a centralized control panel, it facilitates rapid program switching, enabling product changeovers in just 4 hours. The impressive annual production capacity stands at 200,000 units.
